12 at the table
Our “12 a table” farm restaurant is open upon reservation for farm guests.
Our cuisine is artisanal, simple and genuine, the pasta is generally homemade and the dishes are made with local products, also linked to seasonality.
During the low season, long weekends and weekends it is possible to book dinner, also combined with the breakfast service.
In the height of the summer season, one dinner per week will be organized upon reservation and on the remaining days it will also be possible to order pan pizza for the evening, made with our oil and flour from Val d’Orcia, which will be served directly in the apartment at the desired time.
Why “12 at the table”
Our company kitchen is authorized to accommodate a maximum of 12 people: hence the idea of calling our farmhouse “12 at the table”, which also makes the restaurant more private and familiar, telling you who we are, how we prepare our dishes and where the ingredients you will find on the table come from.
What is there to eat
Our dishes follow seasonality, so some preparations will not always be the same.
Here are some suggestions:
Tortelli Maremmani with ragù or plain with extra virgin olive oil of our production, flakes of local matured cheese and walnuts;
Homemade fettuccine with classic or white ragù
Homemade puff pastry lasagne with meat sauce or white lasagne with: (depending on the period)/ asparagus/artichokes and sausage;;
Homemade white or green fettuccine with leek cream, potatoes and crispy bacon;
Square spaghetti (water and homemade flour) with:
escaped sauce – buffalo cream tomato and basil.
Classic Cacciatora Maremma of local beef with black olives;
Tasty chicken legs with bacon and cooked ham or with citrus fruits;
Pork loin flavored with beer.
Panna cotta with house jams or salted caramel
Tart with homemade quince jam
Traditional tart with local ricotta and chocolate chips;
Sponge cake and custard.
