Facilities at our guests disposal include a swimming pool (7x15 mt) with a sun deck equipped with warm showers and bathroom, as well as a bowling alley (italian “bocce”), a children's playground, 6 barbecues and a wood stove next to an outdoor dining area which is lit up for evening use, a private car park and a common room for entertainment purposes.Within the countryhouse area, guests can also take pleasant walks to a small artificial lake where marshland birds can be spotted, and to “Poggio Belvedere” from which guests can enjoy a wonderful view over the hillside of Maremma Natural Park, dominated by the saracen sight towers.

IN ADDITION TO AN OVERNIGHT STAY, THE RESORT CAN MAKE AVAILABLE TO THEIR GUESTS A SERVICE OF BREAKFAST WITH CAKES BAKED IN THE OVEN AND JAMS.

WE PREPARE TYPICAL FOOD OF MAREMMA OR ITALIAN PIZZA FOR DINNER, . MAXIMUM TWICE A WEEK.
