ATTENTION -EXTRA:

Heating period "A" AND "B" , Euro 12,00 at day for one-room living (28 s.m.) and flat 2p. - Euro 15,00 at day for flat 3 p. (52 s.m.);

Air conditionating Euro 8,00 at day;

Add bed for children/adult (+1);
- Use of washing machine: Euro 2,50 (also iron and ironing-board).
- Italian breackfast Euro 5,00
- The cost of additional change of linen;
- The cost of additional days is the daily cost;
- Caution payment of Euro 150,00.
- Weekly rentals are from Saturday 5 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. For weekly and daily rentals check in time is 5 p.m. and check out time is 10 a.m.
Bookings:
A part on booking ( 30%) whit bank transfer (to agree at the reservation moment) and remaining on arrival, payment in cash, together with the deposit (Euro 150,00) which will be returned to return the keys and after checking the apartment.
Any damages to the premises are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid at the time fo departure.
Deposits sent by international credit transfer will be credited to your final bill net of bank charges for the operation.
We do not accept cheques, no credit card.

ANTICIPATED CHECK OUT: Bookings in high season are intended for the full
period booked. Early unplanned check out are a serious problem to us as do
not allow us to complete the booking of the room in the period left
available. This is why if you will check out before the planned date we will
charge you the fully booked period.
